Sinn Féin councillor and general election candidate Conor D. McGuinness paid a visit to Cappoquin Day Care Centre recently, where he met with service users, staff and management.
“This is a home away from home for so many people – and a fantastic service for older people all across West Waterford. Huge credit is due to the staff who have crafted a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all who come through the door.
“It was great to catch up with centre manager Bridget Lombard to get an update on the service and the challenges facing the sector.”
