Sinn Féin local election candidate Conor D. McGuinness has called for a ‘rethink’ on the configuration of Murphy Place in Abbeyside.
He said:
“Many residents of Murphy Place have complained to me about problems in the estate caused by the installation of a raised footpath and parking spaces, which effectively divide the estate in two.
“I have raised the matter with council engineers and requested that they consult with residents as part of a re-evaluation of the configuration of the estate.”
